My passion for communicating through art + design, combined with my extensive experience, makes me an ideal solution for all of your creative needs.
My life's journey has taken me to many beautiful places. I moved to Anchorage, Alaska in 2011 (post-graduation), where I worked as an art director for Walsh|Sheppard. This strong design foundation has strengthened my overall talent. As a painter, Alaska was the most inspiring place… I painted so many of the beautiful landscapes that I found myself getting lost in over that 3-year adventure.
In 2015, I moved to Bend, Oregon where I began freelancing (sometimes alongside other jobs). That’s where I met Jamie McGaw (of Flask Agency) at a dog park. Ever since then, we’ve collaborated on a number of projects, including Deschutes Brewery & Crux Fermentation Project. He is a bad-ass Creative Director, who has become a role model, constantly challenging me to push my creative talent.
In 2017 I moved back to Ohio, where I worked for Justice (in Columbus) & eventually Medpace (in Cincinnati). I continued to freelance during this time, and finally went full time with this one-woman agency, s.schulte design, in 2019!
These adventures from the past + my constant excitement for the future, fuels my creative spirit for the present. By being a one-woman agency, I work with efficiency & organization. I stay inspired by the ever-changing nature of freelancing. My passion for fine arts keeps me grounded & balanced.
